Yoga Poses For Breast Enhancement
•Bhujangasana Yoga- To begin with, this pose, lie down along your belly along the floor. Put your palm along the floor near your shoulder and push your palms on the floor to move up your upper part of the body, to make a ‘C’ but in the inverse way. Remain in this position for 2-3 minutes, then gradually get back to the original position. Repeat position 3-4 times and increase as you get habituated to it.
•Gomukhasana Yoga- Also known as cow pose, this yoga posture is aimed at the upper portion of the torso. Start by sitting in lotus pose and taking your hands to your spine and carrying them in a posture as pictured in the image below.
Maintain this posture for 5 minutes and then let go.
•Ustrasana Yoga – This position is also recognized as the camel pose. To start with this asana, sit on your knees with your back straight. Now bend backward and try to hold your right ankle with your right hand and your left ankle with your left hand. Move up your butts up and tip your head backwards. Maintain this posture for a few minutes and then get back to your original post.
Eating Estrogen rich food-
•Estrogen Rich Fruits- Apples, cherries, papaya, dates and plums are rich in estrogen. These fruits not only increase the production of estrogen but also helps in the enhancement of breast size.
